Josephine Edward is a Fisheries Biologist at the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources with 10 years working experience. She holds a BSc degree Fisheries and Aquatic science from the University of Namibia and a MSc in Biodiversity and Conservation Biology from the University of Western Cape in South Africa. Josephine is also a Mandela Washington 2021 alumni.
